• In your communication, you demonstrate sensitivity to the language barriers faced by parents and children
• Through your communication, you build a valuable bridge between our educational work and the parents, with complete transparency
• Through open dialogue within the team, you create individualized development opportunities for the children: meeting our children where they are

What you bring with you

• A recognized educational qualification, such as a state-certified childcare worker or social education assistant
• Perfect or very good command of the English language
• At least A2 level German language proficiency and a keen interest in learning German
• The children´s education is very important to you and you maintain a good and empathetic educational partnership with the parents
