Educational concept

We see it as our task to provide a harmonious blend of child development, nurture and education. In our pedagogical work, we focus on the age-appropriate needs of the children at all times, offering holistic and individual support that is tailored for each child. In accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, we firmly believe that children have a right to an upbringing and education that develops their personality, their talents and their mental, physical and social abilities. We also believe that all children have a right to take part and contribute, and to enjoy good health and protection from violence and discrimination. 

Bilingualism is an important part of everyday life at the daycare centre and starts from nursery age. We work according to the immersion principle: children experience the English language on a daily basis and are immersed in it, so to speak. We have an English-speaking specialist who exclusively speaks English with the children — in their everyday encounters as well as during educational activities. Most children get used to dealing with a second language very quickly. 

Ensuring high-quality cooperation between children, parents and our team is fundamental to our approach. This is the foundation for us to nurture and develop each child’s healthy and confident self-image.
